The book “Online Brand Identity” analyzes the YouTube channels of the worlds’ most famous DJ’s: Armin van Buuren and Hardwell. Both do a great job ticking all of the boxes of the ten principles. Even so, Hardwell does things a bit better creating a much stronger feeling of dialogue by gathering user questions across his social channels and answering them in Q&A videos.
